  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Usage data (features used, pages visited, device information)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our multistreaming service
  • To relay your stream to connected platforms
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send service-related notifications
  • To improve our platform and develop new features
  • To provide AI-powered recommendations and analytics

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Streaming platforms you connect (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) to relay your streams
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Clerk for authentication services
  • Analytics providers to improve our service

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, OAuth 2.0 for platform connections, and regular security audits. Stream keys and API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used to understand how you use UniStream so we can improve the service. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Stream analytics data is retained for 12 months. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law.
