1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UniStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. UniStream reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

UniStream is a multi-platform live streaming service that allows users to broadcast simultaneously to multiple platforms including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, and Facebook. The Service includes browser-based streaming, stream management, analytics, AI-powered tools, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Platform Connections

When you connect third-party streaming platforms to UniStream:

  • You authorize UniStream to relay your stream to those platforms on your behalf
  • You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines
  • UniStream is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., bans, suspensions)
  • You may disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Stream content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused service
  • UniStream reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you stream through UniStream. By using the Service, you grant UniStream a limited license to process and relay your content to your selected platforms. UniStream does not claim ownership of your streams, recordings, or other content.

8. Service Availability

UniStream strives for 99.99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, including but not limited to dropped streams or platform disconnections. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Termination

UniStream may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

UniStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
